Tarling West consists of three housing blocks: Newton House, Maddocks House and Richard Neale House. These were built by Tower Hamlets Council in the 1950s and continue to provide essential housing and community needs today. The estate is managed on behalf of Tower Hamlets Council by Tower Hamlets Homes an arms length management organisation (ALMO).

TIS are experts in housing, community development, and engagement practice. As a National Membership Organisation, with over 200 tenants, community and housing organisation Members, we are committed to influencing change and strive for an active, inclusive, and just Scotland, with strong, equitable, and sustainable communities.
