Dear [your landlord’s name],

I am a tenant of [name of your block or building] and I am writing to request information about its construction.

Could you please provide me with a copy of the cladding certificate, or, if this is not available, provide any information you have about the materials used in the construction of this block.

Additionally, please tell me the method used in the construction of the block. For example, was it constructed with the Large Panel System or with some other method?

Has there been any recent assessment of the safety of
a) the cladding
b) the construction?

Many thanks for your help in this matter. I look forward to your response before [date, two weeks in the future] at the latest.

Yours sincerely,
